LOCATION UPDATE: Highland Park Reservoir (The Oval will be closed for rehab until late June). From the fountain, go up the stairs to the pools.

Want to work on your running efficiency? Speed? Or just want to have fun?

Join us every Monday at the HIGHLAND PARK RESERVOIR for a track workout. Runners of all paces and levels are welcome.

What to expect: We encourage everyone to arrive by 6:15pm for some warm-up laps. At 6:30pm, we will begin group dynamic warm-ups. Around 6:40pm, runners will start the track workout. The work-outs vary by week and are led by a certified coach.
